Charlie Glasser performed yeoman's service for me while I was searching for a home in the Minneapolis area while living in California. Most realtors might see it as an impossible position to be in. Charlie, however, took a different tack and I think found it as an ideal way to rev up his creative juices in searching real estate for a remote client in order to provide me with as many options as possible. I was able to visit Minneapolis several times during my real estate search, but only for cursory searching. As a lifelong resident of the Minneapolis-St. Paul area Charlie had an innate sense of the different neighborhoods and gave me invaluable information about the different areas of the metropolitan area and how I should view each of them as a newcomer, as a resident and as a future employee of any number of firms in the area. During the search process we both found several properties that were worth looking into. With Charlie's help I was able to review properties online and in person. When I located a property that was perfect Charlie didn't hesitate to drive to the property and perform a walk-through of it while then spending time with me via FaceTime to review the property in real time while I was in California. The 2-hour time difference didn't pose any insurmountable issues on his end and he was more than helpful in accommodating my work schedule in California. When I was finally in a position to purchase a home I worked with Charlie here in Minneapolis, over the phone (and FaceTime), via email and text messaging. Charlie used all communication devices we both subscribed to in order to make the search efficient and successful. It made the process quick and easy and I was very comfortable know I would be able to contact him (and he would be able to contact me) during the process. When we finally agreed on a home the process between us and the home owner's real estate representative was smooth and professional. As a real estate novice (I had only purchased one home before this purchase in Minnesota) I was confident that I was represented well and his advice was valid. When the home finally closed we had a congratulatory lunch as Charlie handed me the keys during a lunch in downtown Minneapolis (I was able to fly from California one last time before moving). Charlie was also extremely helpful after escrow closed and worked with me long-distance as I worked with various Utilities and local vendors necessary to get the house into operating condition. When I finally occupied the house about 6 weeks after the purchase I was in a great position to begin my new life in Minnesota with a beautiful new home and a new friend. Thank you Charlie!

Thank you so much Chuck , we finally closed today and we are very happy how everything turned out. We were able to find a home and close within three months. I am grateful and pleased with overall experience. Chuck helped us with every detail and it was a pleasure working with charlie. He managed to negotiate the closing day after house offer was accepted. He showed up to a lot of our open house visits. Chuck made sure that we are on track and reminded us of every next step.
